Absolutely amazing service from the moment that we walked in the door. Me and my wife procrastinated on getting our rings three days before the ceremony and Pam did nothing but help us from start to finish. Even pulled out a scrap box and gave us a 24 karat gold ring that seemed lost in time. They work with locals, look out for everybody, and always give amazing customer service. Love this store! We met the mother daughter duo when my husband and I went to this store to get my  engagement ring and wedding band cleaned. We just got married end of Jan 2026. Not only were they nice enough to sono clean the rings for free, they also examined the rings to check for loose stones, and found 2 that were loose. They recommended getting the prongs tightened, especially since we are on vacation down here. Overall this was such a lovely experience AND they have beautiful pieces too.
